1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Push Mahjong, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

Push Mahjong offers multiple ways to access the game:

• Email & Password Account: You may create a personal account by providing a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Google Sign-In: You may sign in using your existing Google account.
• Guest Login: You may play without creating an account. Guest progress is stored locally only and may be lost if you uninstall the app.

You agree to provide accurate information and to not impersonate another person or create accounts for malicious purposes.

3. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service fairly and refrain from:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized automation tools or bots.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Disrupting, overloading, or impairing the proper functioning of the game servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or sending abusive messages to other players.

4. Virtual Items & Progress

Coins, XP points, and in-game levels are virtual assets intended solely for gameplay progression. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other real-world benefit.

5. Third-Party Advertisements

Push Mahjong displays ads served by Google AdMob. Interacting with advertisements is subject to the terms and privacy practices of Google and the respective advertisers. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Account & Data Deletion Page for instructions.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Push Mahjong is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any service interruptions, server outages, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Kullanım Koşulları (Hizmet Şartları)

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Push Mahjong oyununu indirerek, yükleyerek veya oynayarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen oyunu kullanmayınız.

2. Kullanıcı Hesapları ve Kimlik Doğrulama

Push Mahjong oyununa birden fazla yöntemle erişebilirsiniz:

• E-posta ve Şifre Hesabı: Kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi ve şifre girerek kişisel hesap oluşturabilirsiniz. Hesap güvenliğinizden ve hesabınız altındaki tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Google ile Giriş: Mevcut Google hesabınızla oturum açabilirsiniz.
• Misafir Girişi: Hesap oluşturmadan da oynayabilirsiniz. Misafir ilerlemesi yalnızca yerel olarak saklanır ve uygulamanızı kaldırırsanız kaybolabilir.

Doğru bilgi vermeyi ve başka bir kişinin kimliğine bürünmemeyi veya kötü amaçlı hesap oluşturmamayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

3. Adil Oyun ve Yasaklı Davranışlar

Oyuncular aşağıdaki davranışları sergilememeyi taahhüt eder:

• Hile yapmak, hata açıklarını istismar etmek veya yetkisiz otomasyon araçları kullanmak.
• Diğer kullanıcıların hesaplarına veya verilerine erişmeye çalışmak.
• Oyun sunucularının düzgün işleyini bozmak veya aşırı yüklemek.
• Diğer oyunculara taciz, tehdit veya hakaret içerikli mesaj göndermek.

4. Sanal Varlıklar ve İlerleme

Oyundaki Altınlar, XP ve seviye ilerlemeleri tamamen oyun içi deneyim amaçlıdır, hiçbir gerçek maddi değeri yoktur ve nakde çevrilemez.

5. Reklamlar

Push Mahjong, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklamlar sunar. Reklamlarla etkileşim Google'ın ve ilgili reklamverenlerin kullanım şartlarına tabidir. Üçüncü taraf reklam içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz.

6. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı ve ilgili tüm verileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Talimatlar için Hesap ve Veri Silme Sayfamıza bakınız.

7. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutaruz. Değişiklikler, yürlülük tarihi güncellenerek belirtilecektir. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
