Account & Data Deletion Policy

Learn how to permanently delete your Push Mahjong user account and all associated cloud data.

📱 Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion

You can instantly and permanently delete your account directly from within the Push Mahjong mobile app:

  • Open Push Mahjong on your device.
  • Tap the Settings (⚙️) gear icon in the top right of the Main Menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap "🗑️ Delete Account & Data" (Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil).
  • Confirm the prompt. Your user profile, level progress, XP, coins, match statistics, and friend relationships will be permanently erased from our Firebase servers immediately.

🌐 Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Email)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion by contacting us via email:

  • Send an email to: ekaner81@gmail.com
  • Subject line: "Push Mahjong - Account Deletion Request"
  • Include the email address registered to your Push Mahjong account (Email/Password or Google).
  • We will process and verify your request within 24 to 48 hours, permanently purging all associated records from our Firebase Firestore database.

🛡️ What Data Gets Deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged and cannot be recovered:

  • User ID, Username, Display Name, and Email Address
  • Firebase Authentication credentials (password hash is deleted)
  • Player Level, XP, and Coin balances
  • All Online & Bot match history (Wins, Losses, Total Games)
  • Friend connections and pending table invitations
  • All Firestore cloud documents associated with your account

Note: Guest accounts do not have a cloud profile. Clearing app data / reinstalling automatically removes a guest session.

Hesap ve Veri Silme Politikası (Türkçe)

Push Mahjong kullanıcı hesabınızı ve tüm bulut verilerinizi nasıl kalıcı olarak silebileceğinizi öğrenin.

📱 1. Yöntem: Oyun İçi Anında Silme

Hesabınızı doğrudan oyun içinden saniyeler içinde kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz:

  • Cihazınızda Push Mahjong oyununu açın.
  • Ana menünün sağ üst köşesindeki Ayarlar (⚙️) butonuna dokunun.
  • En altta yer alan "🗑️ Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil" butonuna tıklayın.
  • Onay kutusunda onaylayın. Profiliniz, seviyeniz, XP puanlarınız, galibiyet/mağlubiyet istatistikleriniz ve arkadaş bağlantılarınız anında Google Firebase sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinecektir.

🌐 2. Yöntem: Web Üzerinden E-Posta ile Talep

Oyunu sildiyseniz veya cihazınıza erişemiyorsanız, e-posta göndererek silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz:

  • E-posta adresi: ekaner81@gmail.com
  • Konu başlığı: "Push Mahjong - Hesap Silme Talebi"
  • Push Mahjong hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi (E-posta/Şifre veya Google) belirtin.
  • Talebiniz 24-48 saat içinde incelenerek ilgili tüm verileriniz Firebase Firestore veritabanımızdan kalıcı olarak temizlenecektir.

🛡️ Hangi Veriler Silinir?

Hesap silme işlemi tamamlandığında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir ve geri getirilemez:

  • Kullanıcı ID, Kullanıcı Adı, Oyuncu Adı ve E-posta Adresi
  • Firebase Authentication kimlik bilgileri (şifre hash'i silinir)
  • Oyuncu Seviyesi, XP ve Altın bakiyesi
  • Tüm Online ve Bot maç geçmişi (Galibiyet, Mağlubiyet, Toplam Maç)
  • Arkadaşlık bağlantıları ve masa davetleri
  • Hesabınıza ait tüm Firestore bulut dökümanları

Not: Misafir hesaplarının bulut profili yoktur. Uygulamanın kaldırılıp yeniden yüklenmesi misafir oturumunu otomatik olarak sona erdirir.
