Welcome to Push Mahjong ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you play Push Mahjong.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Push Mahjong, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account & Profile Information: When you create an account with Email & Password or sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your display name/username, email address, and — for Google — your profile avatar URL. For guest accounts, a temporary random identifier is generated locally on your device and no personal information is collected.
• Game Progress & Statistics: Your game level, XP, coins, total matches played, wins, and losses are stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore.
• Device & Usage Data: Unique device identifiers, advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID), operating system version, and general network connection state for matchmaking and advertisement delivery.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

Push Mahjong integrates trusted third-party service providers that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Firebase Authentication: Secure user account creation (email/password) and sign-in. (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Google Firebase & Firestore: Real-time cloud database, friend matchmaking, and game synchronization. (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob: Displaying banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. (Google AdMob Privacy Policy)
• Google Sign-In: Optional secure social authentication. (Google Privacy Policy)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to:

• Provide real-time 1v1 multiplayer matchmaking and friend room invitations.
• Save and synchronize your XP, level, and game progress across devices.
• Display non-intrusive in-game advertisements via Google AdMob.
• Send password reset emails when requested by you.
• Maintain game integrity, security, and prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Data Security

All user data is stored using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are handled exclusively and securely by Firebase Authentication using strong hashing algorithms. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your game data as long as your account remains active. You have the full right to request complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time.

You can delete your account instantly from the in-game Settings (⚙️) → Delete Account & Data button, or submit a request on our web page: Account & Data Deletion Page, or by emailing us at ekaner81@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Push Mahjong is designed for general audiences (ages 13+) and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at ekaner81@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Push Mahjong ("biz", "bizim") olarak gizliliğinize büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Push Mahjong oyununu oynarken toplanan, kullanılan ve korunan verilerinizi açıklamaktadır.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

• Hesap ve Profil Bilgileri: E-posta ve Şifre ile hesap oluşturduğunuzda veya Google ile Giriş yaptığınızda; kullanıcı adınız/takma adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve Google hesabınız için profil fotoğrafı URL'si alınmaktadır. Misafir girişlerinde cihazınızda yalnızca geçici ve anonim bir tanımlayıcı oluşturulur; kişisel bilgi toplanmaz.
• Oyun İlerleyişi ve İstatistikler: Seviyeniz, XP puanınız, altınlarınız, toplam maç geçmişiniz, galibiyet ve mağlubiyet verileriniz Google Firebase Firestore bulut veritabanında güvenle saklanır.
• Cihaz ve Reklam Tanımlayıcıları: Google AdMob reklamları ve online eşleşme amacıyla standart Google Reklam Kimliği (GAID) ve cihaz bağlantı durumu kullanılır.

2. Kullanılan Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

• Google Firebase Authentication: E-posta/Şifre ile güvenli hesap oluşturma, giriş ve şifre sıfırlama işlemleri.
• Google Firebase & Firestore: Kullanıcı kimlik doğrulama, bulut veritabanı ve online arkadaş eşleşmesi.
• Google AdMob: Banner ve geçiş reklamlarının güvenli sunumu.
• Google Sign-In: İsteğe bağlı sosyal kimlik doğrulama.

3. Veri Güvenliği

Tüm kullanıcı verileri Google Firebase altyapısında endüstri standardı şifreleme ile saklanmaktadır. Şifreler hiçbir zaman düz metin olarak depolanmaz; Firebase Authentication tarafından güçlü karma (hashing) algoritmaları ile korunur. Kişisel verileriniz hiçbir koşulda üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.

4. Veri Saklama ve Hesap Silme Hakkı

Kullanıcılarımız diledikleri zaman hesaplarını ve tüm oyun verilerini (XP, seviye, istatistikler) kalıcı olarak silme hakkına sahiptir. Oyun içindeki Ayarlar (⚙️) ➔ Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil butonuna tıklayarak veya web üzerinden Hesap Silme Sayfası aracılığıyla ya da ekaner81@gmail.com adresine e-posta göndererek silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

5. Çocukların Gizliliği

Push Mahjong genel kitleler (13 yaş üzeri) için tasarlanmış olup 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Çocuğunuzun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, lütfen derhal ekaner81@gmail.com adresiyle iletişime geçin.
